After your Buyer Consultation it's time to get pre-approved for a loan. Your agent can help connect you to a great local lender that can help you navigate the financing. This needs to be done before you find the home you want to buy. By doing this step first, it allows you know your price range, closing costs, and monthly payments up front. Plus, you only look at homes within your price range. No one wants to find their dream home and not be able to buy it. By getting Pre-Approved your closing on your new home can happen more quickly.

View Homes and Find “The One!”
Since you had a buyers consultation and you know your price range, your agent should have a thorough understanding of your new home needs. You will begin to receive a custom MLS list of homes that match your wants and needs. Next we schedule time to visit them.

Negotiate the Offer
Once you have found your dream home, we will research market data on the home to help you will determine what to offer and we will present a written offer to the seller’s agent. There may be some negotiation required and the seller may either accept, reject, or counter your offer. When the seller accepts the offer, it becomes a legal contract.
